Keller Foundations, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payrolls for multiple units and entities, including union and non-union staff. The role requires accuracy, compliance with wage laws, and collaboration with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues.
Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of hands-on payroll experience, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, and strong Excel skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with FPC/CPP a plus.
