Principal Delivery Consultant – Dev Ops, WWPS Pro Serve
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join the Professional Services (Pro Serve) team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing AWS solutions that meet customer technical requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective migration strategies to AWS.
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of cloud architecture and implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery teams for customers.
- Experience designing cloud and software development architectures to support customer mission priorities.
- Experience migrating customers to cloud-based solutions.
- Extensive AWS experience and proficiency in services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation.
- AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional).
- Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
