Místo prácePraha
Mzda50 000 – 55 000 Kč měsíčně
Responsibilities- Provide technical help with computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech
- Document user issues using the ITSM tool
- Follow processes and knowledge base
- Manage ticket backlog and resolve issues on time
- Help improve services and update training materials
- Collaborate with onsite IT technicians
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (other language is a big bonus)
- Knowledge of MS Office (advanced = plus)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Great communication and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and follow best practices
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and a team player
