GovCIO is currently hiring for an Instructional Delivery and Quality Assurance Lead to [enter basic summary of what this position’s purpose is]. This position will be located in Hanover, MD, and will be an onsite/hybrid position.

• Manage plans, schedules, and corrective actions from internal and external audits.
• Oversee documentation updates and integration into company process assets, including policies, procedures, and tools.
• Lead internal process training initiatives and maintain training records.
• Compile and distribute reports on initiative performance and analyze business activities for risk.
• Act as the primary interface for performance improvement initiatives and audits.
• Support implementation of operational practices to meet objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze and report on operational efficiency and key metrics.
• Coordinate operating committees and manage change for critical systems.
• Contribute to strategic projects and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent.

• Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Degree in an IT-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering cyber technical training.
• Experience assessing cyber training delivery and curricula efficacy.
• Experience working with stakeholders and course development for cyber training.
• Knowledge of cyber evidence collection, data analysis, and laws.
• Familiarity with cyber investigation tools and technologies.
• Experience with cyber solutions for law enforcement and counterintelligence.
• Knowledge of software used in network defense and forensics.
