We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented individual to fill the Site Information Manager (SIM) role. This position requires someone capable of managing IT services on-site, ensuring seamless operations, and serving as the main point of contact for IT-related queries.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues
- Provide 1st/2nd level support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
- Install and configure desktop hardware and software, ensuring usability and performance
- Manage Active Directory and Exchange accounts, implementing adds/moves/changes
- Support VPN, network switches, firewalls, and other network elements
- Oversee asset management and ensure proper maintenance
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and provide solutions in line with business objectives
- Train and advise staff on IT systems and software applications
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain regular communication with end-users regarding progress, updates, and potential outages
- Strong understanding of IT systems, products, and trends
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in:
- Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
- Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
- PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals (printers, mobile devices)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- ITIL certification and familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now) are a plus
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Danish language skills are a plus
- Strong customer focus with a passion for IT service delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
