Dell Boomi Integration Technical Service Manager
Location:
Hanover, Maryland (Hybrid 2 Days onsite only)
Duration:
Contract
- Developing and implementing effective service strategies and operational policies to enhance performance and reliability.
- Assisting release management processes, serving as a key liaison between development and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
- Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain service quality and accountability.
- Working on application integration projects, Mule Soft, contributing to seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
- Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (e.g., burndown charts).
- Experience with driving project health and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing technical teams and understanding source code management, design principles, service-based architecture.
- Ability to provide solutions for scalability of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in technical integration roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position
- Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus
- Hands-on experience in system integration, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Dev Ops methodologies, and industry-standard development best practices.
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins).
- Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hybrid tech environment
