Job Summary
Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Systems Network Administrator in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The Systems Network Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The successful candidate will manage the customer’s Microsoft Identity Manager and MS SQL environment by supporting virtual Windows servers in production and lab, and products and technologies such as Microsoft Identity Manager portal, sync engine, RDBMS, MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Visual Studio, tSQL, and C#, understanding interactions with Active Directory, MS Exchange, and other customer applications.
The role requires maintaining data integrity and flow, performing troubleshooting, configuration changes, application patches, and OS patches as needed.
Database experience is needed for this role.
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Provide support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/software/devices.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Provide in‑depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems.
- Configure and manage Linux, UNIX, and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, et al.
- Build, configure, monitor, and maintain virtual environments.
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

: IAT Level II or higher, such as Microsoft certifications, Red Hat, Sun, VMWare, COMPTIA, etc. - Security Clearance
