Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman - NAVY COMFRC

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives.
Location:
Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD
Hours:
0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday - Friday
Clearance:
Ability to successfully obtain a NACI
Citizenship Requirement:
Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Apply optimization, simulation, and statistical methods
- Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data
- Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards
- Support readiness assessments and COA development

- Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
- Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.
- Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
- Secret Clearance
