What You’ll Do

As a Senior JCITA Instructor, you will:

• Deliver impactful training across all Identity Data Management (IdDM) disciplines, including course development, instructional delivery, mentorship, and advisory support.
• Apply practical IdDM experience to bridge curriculum with real-world application for students.
• Support National, DoD, Component, and IC-level organizations with expert IdDM instruction and consultation.
• Lead working groups to consider enhancements, innovations, and future course offerings.
• Provide executive-level briefings on IdDM topics as required.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 16 years of experience, OR 20 years of experience without a degree.
• At least 6 years of direct IdDM support experience, including support to National, DoD, Component, or IC-level organizations.
• Advanced practical experience in IdDM planning, development, assessments, due diligence, and lifecycle management.
• Management experience in IdDM support is preferred.

Preferred

• Graduate of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence Course (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Capable of providing high-quality briefings to senior stakeholders.

Additional

• A valid U.S. Passport is required.
