Position: Configuration Management, Senior Analyst with Security Clearance
Location: Lexington Park

Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a Configuration Management, Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of configuration management principles, change control, and lifecycle documentation. In this role, you will help ensure the integrity and consistency of system configurations across development and operational environments. This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with a situational telework option.

The schedule is subject to change based on company and contract requirements. Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing the full lifecycle of Configuration Management (CM) for hardware and software systems to ensure baseline integrity and version control.
* Develop and maintain hardware/software trackers and records in collaboration with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
* Deliver Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) reports and other program-related deliverables to management and the ISSO as required.
* Conduct Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) to establish and verify Product Baselines (PBLs), which may include site visits.
* Review software builds and deployments to verify alignment with configuration baselines and version control standards.
* Participate in the implementation and maintenance of configuration management plans, processes, and procedures.
* Support audit activities to verify compliance with CM policies and standards.
* Attend all necessary meetings to support program requirements. Travel Occasional travel may be required to support NAVAIR programs and conduct site audits.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience working with ATR and other NAWCAD programs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation.
* Ability to present briefings to government customer
* Proficiency with MS Excel, SharePoint, and other MS Office products
* Detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn new tools and processes. Desired Qualifications
* Prior experience in a configuration management or IT support role.
* Familiarity with issue-tracking or service-management tools (e.g., Jira) through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
* Basic understanding of Agile concepts (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Education BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. Clearance All applicants for this position must possess a current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance; please note that the clearance process considers financial background aspects. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations.
