Cloud Engineer; Hybrid

• Assess existing capabilities,identify opportunities to expand Dev Ops adoption, and develop effective approaches for transitioning applications and capabilities into cloud environments as needed.
• Analyze existing capabilities toidentifydata migration, software modification, legal, security, and compliance requirements associated with cloud transformation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with System Administrators to plan, prioritize, and coordinate day-to-day technical activities supporting cloud conversion and system operations.
• Leverage experience with Ansible and other automation and configuration management tools to streamline system administration, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Plan, test, and deploy system security patches, kernel updates, and software upgrades using established patch management and configuration management tools.
• Engage in the design, development, and testing of software changes required to transition capabilities to the cloud, adhering to the approach and technical direction selected.
• Develop, test, and coordinate deployment plans to implement application and infrastructure changes seamlessly within cloud environments.
• Apply cloud engineeringexpertiseto integrate modified capabilities into cloud environments whileoptimizingsystem performance, reliability, automation, and resource utilization.
