GovCIO is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support for our federal customer in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on imaging and distribution of laptops at the centralized imaging center and requires a solid TCP/IP understanding.
You will troubleshoot imaging problems using SCCM/Intune, support VPN/Citrix access, perform routine maintenance, and help with hardware setups. Onsite training and occasional travel may be required; certification reimbursement is provided.
