Job Description This Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EB&DT) position supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division.

The selected candidate will be a member of the IT support team responsible for managing airgapped networks. This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.

Basic Qualifications Active TOP Secret Clearance Most possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs. Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assets

Exemplary customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Skills Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration

Experience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)

Experience with technical procedural documentation

Experience with Powershell scripting

Experience with Cisco VOIPExperience with Thin clients, VDI solutions
