The John Capozzi Agency - an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency - is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for an Insurance Sales Producer. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.
What You’ll Do- Sell Personal and Commercial Insurance using consultative techniques
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions
- Attend networking events to grow your book
- Consistently hit sales targets
- Must be based near Berlin, MD.
- Property and Casualty license, preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
