Job Title: Carrier Compliance Specialist
Reports to: Risk Manager
Position OverviewThe Carrier Compliance Specialist obtains, verifies, and maintains accurate records for carriers and drivers delivering for H&M Bay Inc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Enter and update carrier insurance information.
- Verify insurance coverage for current carriers.
- Verify insurance and required authority for new carriers.
- Add and maintain up-to-date driver information.
- Attach documents received via fax or email to carrier records.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch, unless otherwise noted.
- Collaborate effectively and interact professionally, including with challenging individuals.
- Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule to meet operational needs.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar or related field
- Fast-paced environment
- Minimal supervision
