Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a litigation associate to join its Maryland office. This is an excellent opportunity for associates to provide legal service within a sophisticated practice and to assume a significant role in all aspects of the complex litigation process.
This role requires experience in general liability, professional liability, products liability, construction litigation, real estate, mass torts, and/or class actions.
Base pay range$115,000 - $170,000

- Legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance. Experience with both state and federal courts preferred.
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.
- Admission to the state bar of Maryland is required.
