Counsel or Junior Partner – Corporate

Ofit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced corporate attorney at the Counsel or Junior Partner level to one of our Maryland, Virginia or Pennsylvania offices. We are looking for an attorney with 7–12+ years of experience who can independently handle a wide range of corporate matters.

This attorney will support and grow our corporate practice by taking on outside general counsel work, advising clients on day-to-day corporate needs, and handling M&A transactions and general business matters.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage matters from initial consultation through closing, including drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on governance issues, and coordinating with other practice groups as needed.

• 7–12+ years of corporate experience, including OGC-style advisory work and M&A
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently

• A strong national platform with significant cross-selling opportunities
