H&S Family of Bakeries includes Northeast Foods, H&S Bakery and Schmidt Baking Co. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities.

We are looking for Route Sales Supervisor to lead the execution of Food service/ DSD route sales in the marketplace and providing oversight and direction in the execution of all company and customer initiatives. Success will be defined by sales growth, superior freshness, quality and profitable growth through continuous improvement.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a District Manager of Route Sales at our Distribution Center. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate the activities of drivers and sales routes engaged in selling and distributing products and services. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement processes and by leveraging our employee and supplier resources.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction through consistent, predictable, high-quality products.

Primary

Job Duties
  • Plan, assign, and oversee daily routes to ensure efficient servicing of customers.
  • Demonstrate effective sales methods to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the loading and dispatching of trucks to meet delivery schedules.
  • Solicit new accounts and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Offer feedback and coaching to Independent Operators to encourage route growth.
Qualifications
  • Some college education preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience required.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive as needed.
