Job Description: This position will assist in the ERP Project to articulate BCPS’s needs to the vendor for support. This position will serve as the ERP Governance meeting Coordinator as well.
Responsibilities- Work with HCM/Payroll Subject Matter Experts to generate Managed Services Tickets. This includes:
- Articulating issues that are seen and generating highly detailed requests for support.
- Work with SMEs to generate highly detailed requests for enhancements in Oracle.
- Monitor and, when needed, follow up on current tickets with Managed Services to ensure timely support.
- Manage, schedule, and run the BCPS ERP Governance Team.
- Work with SMEs to identify efficiencies and enhancements.
- Fulfill Project Manager functions as they relate to enhancements in Oracle HCM/Payroll.
- Serve as a Point of Contact for BCPS SMEs for updates to their Managed Services tickets.
- Monitor and manage BCPS Helpdesk to move tickets forward to Governance or Managed Services.
- Work with Project Sponsor to approve Managed Services enhancement requests.
- Manage Managed Services access for BCPS users.
- Track and manage hours used with Managed Services on a monthly basis and inform leadership of shortages/overages as well as modifying priorities to minimize overage costs.
- Ensure Managed Services tickets, entered by others, contain sufficient actionable information to achieve desired outcomes and provide BCPS SMEs with PD to bolster ticket quality.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Technology, or a related field.

Salary: $56.66 per hour (contractual). This position may also be eligible for comp time as per the OPE Master Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding.

Exempt.
