The Branch Manager owns the branch's P&L, driving revenue, expense control, and profitability to meet established financial and operational targets. This role leads, coaches, and develops team members in the branch, handling hiring, performance management, corrective action, and annual performance reviews. The Branch Manager is responsible for every operational aspect of the branch, including distribution, customer service, and administrative functions, ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to Easy Ice SOPs.

Customer relationships are central to the role, requiring prompt, professional resolution of concerns and proactive upselling to build repeat business. The position also oversees equipment refurbishment to standard, monitors department issues and client complaints to reduce recurring problems, and maintains required metrics. Branch readiness is a core accountability: ensuring team members have the training, vehicles, equipment, and work environment they need to perform their jobs effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L), including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to achieve established financial targets, operational goals, and key performance metrics.
• Hire, lead, and manage team members across all assigned departments, including overseeing performance and administering disciplinary action as needed.
• Evaluate and improve branch processes to maximize operational efficiency and maintain consistent service standards.
• Ensure branch processes and procedures align with the Easy Ice operating system.
• Develop and motivate team members through training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support.
