• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.
• Use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level understandable to co-workers and Supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, as well as work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and report on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
