• Package and kit parts to meet customer requirements
• Follow written instructions from pick tickets for each job
• Verify quantities using scales (for large amounts) or hand-counting (for smaller amounts)
• Inspect parts visually to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare boxes, labels, and packaging materials
• Label bags of parts per customer specifications
• Ensure kits are labeled and packed accurately to customer standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
