As a Process Operator, you will…
Be responsible for the manufacturing and handling of raw materials and/or finished products at our continuous operation facility. You’ll operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high product quality standards. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and works closely with other operators and maintenance personnel.
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Rate: $26.53/hour (including applicable overtime)
Quarterly Bonus:

- Operate mechanized equipment safely and efficiently within specifications.
- Monitor operations from the control room using computer systems.
- Sample and test products to ensure quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and bags; prepare containers as needed.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving hoses, cleaning equipment, and filling tanks.
- Maintain inventory and handle chemicals appropriately.
- Continuously learn and perform other duties as required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Flexible and available to work holidays, weekends, and rotating shifts.
- Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.
