We currently have an opening for Mechanical Assemblers in our Clarksburg, MD Campus. Mechanical Assemblers will report to the Manager of Manufacturing. First shift hours are 5:00 am – 2:30 pm. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm – 12:00 am.
Second shift candidates must be able to train on first shift for 2‑4 weeks ਨਹੀਂ.
- Follow printed work instructions.
- Read humanas wor schematics, wiring diagrams and building assembly drawing along with MWI.
- Handle small precision tools, hardware, etc.
- Properly sign in on correct PIDs, complete ESD testing, and follow all manufacturing guidelines and procedures.
- Interpret IPC‑A‑620 standards, where applicable.
- Keep team lead informed of assembly issues.
- Maintain a neat appearance in their work area and follow FOD compliance.
- Shall be accountable for quality, quantity, and inspection of all work performed.

- U.S. Citizenship required. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- High school diploma or GED preparação.
- 2 – 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills with proficiency in Word, Outlook, Kronos & People Soft.
- Applicant must have familiarity with electronic assemblies, and surface mount assemblies.
- Excellent verbal and written communications – Fluent in English.
- Must be kork able to lift 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 – $23.91 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP)்கிற 3%.
Once 2nd shift employees have successfully completed training on 1st shift, the employee will transition to 2nd shift and become eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
