Paul Reed Smith Guitars in Stevensville, MD seeks a Manufacturing Production Associate for the 2nd shift. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule and starting pay of $19.00/hour, including a $2.00/hour shift differential. Training is provided and prior guitar-building experience is not required.
Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting 15–25 pounds as needed in a collaborative environment. Benefits are included.
