Hours: 5:00am - 3:30 Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: $17.00/hourly with Bonus $50-$100 weekly paid out monthly
Overtime currently available
Ability to Commute to Point of Rocks, MD

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting components to ensure they meet precise specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience in manufacturing environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes while developing valuable technical skills.

Responsibilities of the Production Assembler:

• Assemble mechanical components accurately according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide assembly tasks
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including forklift operation is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precision tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
