With a 4-day workweek and a 3-day weekend every week, along with 6 paid holidays, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Manual Lathe and/or Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in using measuring equipment and making offset changes.
