Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the Resort. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other members of the Marketing Department, this position helps ensure campaigns, promotions, events, and on-property marketing initiatives are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Serving as a key point of coordination between Marketing and resort departments, the Marketing Coordinator manages project details, gathers information, maintains marketing calendars and deadlines, and helps move initiatives from request through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Responsible for the marketing request process from initial request through completion. Ensures requests are assigned to the appropriate team member and completed within a timely manner. Communicate project updates and outstanding needs to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for resort departments submitting marketing requests.
• Help departments identify the information and materials needed for Marketing to successfully promote their initiatives.
• Coordinate production of materials by outside vendors and internal staff. Distribute materials to corresponding departments within the Resort.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate.
• Maintain an organized system for incoming marketing requests, priorities, deadlines, and project status.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables for resort-hosted events, entertainment, holiday weekends, dining promotions, hotel packages, seasonal programming, and more.
• Maintain promotional timelines to ensure events receive appropriate marketing support leading up to their dates.
• Assist with event-day marketing needs when necessary.
• Coordinate requests for on-property promotional materials, including digital displays, signage, posters, menus, flyers, table tents, and other collateral.
• Maintain an inventory or schedule of active promotional materials throughout the property.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure outdated promotions and materials are removed or replaced.
• Prepare recurring reports and campaign recaps for review by the Marketing Manager.
• Develop creative ideas, process improvements, and technological solutions to expand our team’s abilities.
• Performs administrative functions including answering phone calls, checking voicemails, responding to emails.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing, project coordination, communications, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Canva
