Digital Marketing Communications Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and creative college student orpart-time professional to help strengthen 3N Consulting’s digital presence and external communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in social media, digital marketing, communications, public relations, and website development who wants hands‑on experience helping grow a professional services firm.
Candidates must be local residents and available to work remotely and/or from our Montgomery County office.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain content across the firm’s social media platforms
- Helpgrow 3N Consulting’s social media presence, visibility, and engagement
- Draft press releases, company announcements, and other external communications
- Maintain and update the company website
- Supportreengineering of the website, including content, organization, appearance,and usability
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm’s digital presence and brand awareness
- Develop content highlighting company projects, capabilities, awards, and other accomplishments
- Assist with other marketing and communications initiatives as needed
- Current college student, recent graduate, or part-time professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging professional content
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms
- Experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content
- Experience with website management, Word Press, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
- Experience drafting press releases or marketing communications
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Interest in consulting, professional services, government, or public-sector communications
- Paidpart-time opportunity
