Home Centris Home Health is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide quality care and nursing oversight of its Medicare‑skilled home‑care services in the setting where clients most want to be – in their homes. Daily routine involves start‑of‑care assessments and routine visits.

Base pay range

$45.00/hr – $45.00/hr

Qualifications

Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of Maryland.
2–3 years of experience as an LPN; home‑care experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Maryland driver’s license and a minimum of one (1) year clean driving history.
A positive attitude and a commitment to the clients we serve.
Monday through Friday availability, with 3–4 patients a day generally.
Some weekend starts of care may be required.

Pay $45.00 per visit, not per hour!
