A healthcare services provider is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dynamic team in Kensington, Maryland. The LPN will assist in providing nursing care for home health and hospice patients under the guidance of an RN Field Case Manager. Responsibilities include carrying out treatments, maintaining records, and contributing to clinical reviews. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with at least one year of clinical experience preferred in home health.
