Key Responsibilities- Conducting thorough patient assessments including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health issues using evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote health and wellness for each patient.
- Providing education to patients and families about disease prevention and health maintenance, focusing on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Prescribing medications and treatments when appropriate, adhering to best practices and legal guidelines.
- Engaging in community outreach efforts to promote awareness of available health services.
In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to the elderly. The healthcare challenges faced by our patients often stem from economic disadvantages and barriers to care. You will play an essential role in addressing their unique healthcare needs by providing culturally competent care, understanding their social determinants of health, and being a trusted resource within the community.
Qualifications- Board certification in family practice or related specialty.
- At least 1 year of primary care experience, with a proven track record of managing patient needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
- A commitment to ethical standards and a demonstrated dedication to providing compassionate care.
- While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community health or working with underserved populations will be highly regarded.
- Leadership qualities, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, will also contribute to success in this role.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
