We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time RN to join our team as the Delegating Nurse
. In this key leadership role, you will lead clinical quality initiatives, conduct resident assessments, oversee care planning, and provide education and support to caregivers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting caregiver development, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment for both residents and team members.

• Monitors the effectiveness of nursing practices with managing 24-hour nursing care in accordance with current policies, regulations, and guidelines that govern skilled nursing facilities.
• Assists the Director of Nursing in the day to day monitoring and supervision of the Health Care Unit and Assisted Living.
