Health Drive is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs of skilled nursing residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. The APRN will diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a primary contact for emergencies and routine visits.
You will conduct physical exams, interpret labs, oversee overall health, and work collaboratively with on-site staff. A 3-week paid training program with mentorship is provided.
