- Cardiology Specialist Princess Anne Clinic is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Practice Coordinator to join our outstanding team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will serve as a clinical resource and care coordinator, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey while promoting positive outcomes and continuity of care. Hours:

Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Registered Nurse Practice Coordinator functions as a clinical leader, under the direction of the Practice Manager, for the provision of patient care services for populations of ambulatory care patients/families.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and/or assigning clinic staff to meet patient care and clinic needs
• Performing patient care, developing/implementing clinical practice guidelines/protocols, and providing support with patient decision‑making, education, and coordination of services to assure quality outcomes
• Coordinating and collaborating with physicians and/or nurse practitioner (NP)/physician assistant (PA)/registered nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care
• Delegating and supervising tasks (procedures, treatments) to licensed practical nurses (LPN) and medical assistants (MA)

• 3 years of clinical nursing experience is required
• 1 year of supervisory experience is required
• Previous experience in cardiology or cardiovascular specialty practice is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) is preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire
• Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia

The base pay range for full-time employment is $98,633.60-$ annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note:

If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
