Position Title: Snow Tubing Attendant Level 1
Department: Mountain Park
Reports To: Mountain Park Manager
Employment Type: Part‑time or Full‑time Seasonal, Hourly (Non‑Exempt)
Working Hours: Varied hours/shifts, fluctuates with time of season, weekends and holidays typical
Wage: $17.25 per hour

Position SummaryResponsible for the physical operation of the snow tubing park during operating hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Complete all pre‑operational inspections.
- Complete daily operating log at opening and at closing.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures in the carpet area: pulling/putting away snow tubes, set up/clean up lanes, removing snow from deck/carpet, etc.; complete opening/closing procedures for conveyor belt, check height requirements/tickets, assist guests on/off conveyor belt, ensure guests ride properly, and adjust speed when necessary for line control.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures in the top lane area: pulling/putting away snow tubes, set up/clean up lanes, testing lanes, removing snow from deck/carpet; inform guests of proper procedure for holding onto tube handles, number of people per tube, and appropriate riding position; control line up of guests waiting to use the tubing lane; ensure all tubers are cleared from the lane before the next tube proceeds;
instruct tubers when they can begin their run. - Assist with opening/closing procedures in the bottom lane area: pulling/putting away snow tubes, set up/clean up lanes, removing snow from deck/carpet; assist tubers in properly clearing the lane; instruct guests on proper stopping and monitor the number of tubes each session.
- Perform janitorial tasks whenever needed to maintain the arena in a neat and respectable condition at all times.
- Exhibit a guest‑service orientation and communicate well and confidently with the public.
- Understand basic verbal and written instructions, learn basic procedures and techniques, perform repetitive routine tasks, work independently and in a team environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; company may consider candidates without this minimum requirement if deemed capable.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old to operate the carpet.

- Physical Demands: Extensive muscle use, lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, bending; manual dexterity, auditory and visual demands.
- Work Environment: Primarily outdoors; extreme cold may need to be tolerated; duties can be physically demanding or stressful, especially during peak season.
