EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a Quality Auditor to support quality oversight activities for the Purple Line Project. This position will be based full-time in Riverdale, MD. The Quality Auditor will work closely with teams to support documentation review, quality assurance processes, and field construction oversight. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, professional, and able to collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced project environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation within the online document control system.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to support project quality goals.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Review Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and evaluate corrective and preventive actions.
- Review, issue, and maintain logs for Quality Oversight Assessment Reports (QOARs).
- Perform Quality Check Points (QCPs) on construction activities based on approved design packages.
- Assist the Quality Manager in implementing the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Technical Provisions (TP), and contract specifications.
- Support additional quality-related tasks as needed based on project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, engineering technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in quality auditing, construction inspection, document control, engineering, or a similar technical field is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
