Responsibilities- Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the ins and outs of real estate transactions.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
- Support the team in preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting properties through various channels.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transaction details for seamless follow-ups.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and through digital channels.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions and transaction details efficiently.
- Ability to participate actively in training sessions and apply new knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Experience in marketing or social media promotion is a plus, enhancing property visibility and client engagement.
