Bartender

Scottish Rite Park, a premier retirement community, is seeking a full-time bartender to join our hospitality team! We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, energy, and a laid-back charm to our residents and guests. If you love making people smile and know how to mix a great drink while creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Serve beverages and light snacks in our lounge and at community events
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for residents and visitors
• Work with a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and transactions
• Serve food and assist with meal service as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
• Assist with event setup and special gatherings
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in hospitality or senior living
• Ability to connect with older adults and create a fun, respectful environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain necessary certifications
