Nightshift Loader Supervisor

Oversee, coordinate and ensure the completion of the following:

• Wrapping pallets and re-stacking if needed.
• General warehouse duties as assigned.
• Train all staff in required skills and tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all Saval policies and procedures.
• Engage staff in working together as a team within Saval's value structure to accomplish the goal of a perfect delivery every time.
• Guarantee comprehensive communication to and from the Saval corporate management team.

• HS Diploma or GED.

• 10 years of Warehouse experience
• Expert level proficiency riding an Electric Pallet Jack.
• Expert level proficiency utilizing a stand-up reach truck.
• Conflict management.
• Staff training.
• Process improvement.
• Working for a food or beverage distributor required.
