We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a high-energy Asian restaurant known for its authentic flavors and elevated guest experience. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, supports menu execution, and ensures exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring consistency and excellence in Pan-Asian cuisine.
• Support menu development, food preparation, and plating to brand standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Maintain food and labor costs within budget.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of culinary or restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong background in Asian cuisine preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.
