Coffee Shop Manager

The District is a community-focused coffee shop and gathering space in Dorr. We’re looking for a Coffee Shop Manager & Community Lead who loves people, enjoys being part of a team, and is excited to help care for both the daily flow of the shop and the relationships that make it special.

This role is hands-on and relational. You’ll spend time working on bar as a barista, supporting the team, and helping coordinate community events and outreach.

Support community outreach and help coordinate events
