This Shift Manager position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer, responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to achieve high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, enjoy a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong team‑building and communication skills.

Base pay: $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr.
