Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: 6–10 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Reports to: Lead Barista / Student Success Specialist
Summary:
Baristas bring the campus coffee shop to life. With friendly service and attention to detail, baristas craft drinks, serve pastries, and help create a vibrant space where students, faculty, and staff connect.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks according to recipes
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Learn and uphold shop procedures and safety standards
- Support fellow team members during busy shifts
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus community
- Prior customer service or food service experience (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week
