As a crew member, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience, prepare food by hand and work across various stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo). • Prepare and serve food by hand every day.
• Work out of multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to food‑service standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests.

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving others—customers and team members alike.
• Desire to learn how to cook (a lot).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

• Base pay: $15.25–$16.25 per hour + digital tips.
• Tuition assistance— 100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250/year.
