SHIFT - Chick-fil-A Ballenger Creek

We are looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our Opening Team. Opening Team Members play an important role in setting the restaurant up for a successful day by preparing the restaurant, stocking essential supplies, maintaining a clean environment, and delivering excellent hospitality to our guests from the moment we open.

• Arrive on time and ready to work during early-morning shifts
• Complete opening and preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
• Prepare the restaurant, dining room, drive-thru for service
• Stock products and supplies so the team is prepared for the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Provide friendly, genuine hospitality to every guest
• Work effectively with your team and communicate throughout the shift
• Help identify and address issues before they impact the guest experience
• Take ownership of your assigned responsibilities and help the restaurant start the day strong
