Retail Associate

Summary:

The Retail Associate at Kiefer Aquatics will help drive sales and manage our retail shop. Kiefer is a leader in the swimming industry providing swim teams and retail customers with a boutique sales experience in the swim gear.

Requirements

Essential Functions/Primary Duties:

• Keep store clean, organized and well stocked for customers
• Open and closing of the retail store
• Maintain inventory and receiving new shipments from our warehouse
• Operate sales register and assist customers within store purchases
• When necessary, support outside sales efforts such as swim meets and team fittings.
• Assistor run swimsuit sizing’s and swim meets as needed (weekends and evening). These will be local (within 20 miles from the store).

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work one weekend day
• Swimming background is helpful but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a non-supervisory position.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a flexible Full-time, day shift position with work hours during the week and Saturdays. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
