Are you ready to take on a leadership role? Domino's Pizza is looking for an assistant manager to help run the show. This position requires natural leadership skills, judgment, math, and multitasking abilities. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You'll set the example and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed to the letter.

In addition to managing the store, you'll handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash management, food management, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing. The role offers a pathway to advancement, with opportunities to grow from assistant manager to general manager and beyond. As a team member, you'll operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process orders, take inventory, clean equipment and facilities, and more. Training will be provided on the job. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and navigate adverse terrain while delivering products. You'll also need to handle various physical tasks, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Essential functions include eye-hand coordination, use of various tools and equipment, and delivering products by car.
