Executive Account Manager (EAM)
Continental Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is searching for an Executive Account Manager (EAM) with a minimum of four years IT account management experience to manage an established account base.
Position OverviewPosition offers a generous base salary plus commission with mileage/expense reimbursement, great benefits and a 401K with match. CTI offers a work environment that encourages independence and advancement. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining and growing an established account base with year over year growth
- Strategically prospecting and networking for new customers
- EAM will be responsible for delivering complex IT solutions and IT consulting services
- EAM will work with Project Managers, Solutions Architects to develop complex IT solutions and proposals
- EAM will ensure the timely closing of contracts to meet company goals and continually work to achieve customer satisfaction
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or previous industry experience
- Minimum of four years of demonstrated sales success, selling IT on-premise and cloud solutions hardware, software, and IT Cybersecurity consulting services specifically to organizations that have regulatory compliance requirements
- Goal driven, achievement oriented, high level of enthusiasm, confidence and professional poise
- Ability to work independently and be a strong team player
- Must have a proven track record of account management skills with 30 or more customers
- General understanding of Network Architecture, Network Security and Disaster Recovery
- Strong Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for healthcare, manufacturing, and financial business verticals
- Strong strategic selling skills, as well as the ability to interact/sell effectively to all levels of buying influence (C-level, VP-level and Director-level) is required
- History of generating revenues and profits to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Sourcing and qualifying leads, scheduling new appointments
- Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account profiles
- Solid PC proficiency utilizing M365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM package
