Position Overview:

As a Professional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers in the comfort of their homes. You'll be the face of our company, presenting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, grow with the company, and earn uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our products/services
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy
Qualifications of a Sales Representative:
  • Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits
  • Evening hours and Saturdays are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Compensation for a Sales Representative:
  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission and bonuses
  • Average earning potential: $90,000-$165,000
